Wolf Willows Creations TOS
Please read through the TOS completely before commissioning! Wolf Willows Creations reserves the right to deny any customer service for reasons to be determined by Wolf Willows Creations. This includes if the commissioner is rude, threatening or otherwise unreasonable. Wolf Willows Creations reserves the right to terminate a project at any time without warning or refund.
Concept Art
An unshaded, front and back reference sheet is required for commissions and quotes. For best results, please provide a clear, detailed reference sheet of your character or of the parts you want. A reference is not required for artistic liberty suits.
Sizing
Wolf Willows Creations is not responsible for items that do not fit correctly. Commissioners will be required to provide accurate measurements when asked. These measurements will be used while building heads, bodies, or other parts to ensure a proper fit.

A Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) is required for full or half bodysuit commissions. Please ensure that the DTD provided is well-built and gives an accurate representation of your body. If a poorly constructed DTD is received, a new one will be requested. Once your DTD is ready to be shipped, please re-tape any areas that have been cut open and write your full name on the chest or back for identification. Any misconstructed DTD's that require additional work may result in a later completion date and additional charges.
Warranty
Once a suit is received, the customer has 60 days of warranty. Within this time, any issues found to be from Wolf Willows Creations can be fixed free of charge. Shipping fees both ways must be covered by the commissioner. Wolf Willows Creations is not responsible for any damage caused by improper care. If any unapproved alterations are made to the commission, this warranty will be automatically voided.
Payments
Wolf Willows does take payment plans at this time. A 30% nonrefundable down payment must be paid to Wolf Willows Creations after commission approval to secure a commission slot and for work on items to start. Final payments must be received within 2 months after down payment as been made. Late payment will result in a later completion, ship date or even a cancelled commission. Wolf Willows Creations is not responsible for lost or late payments. Shipping is not included in the price of the commission. Payment will only be accepted through PayPal.
Completion Dates
Wolf Willows Creations does not take deadlines of any sort. An estimated date of completion will be given prior to purchase of a commission if requested, however Wolf Willows Creations is not obliged to meet this date. Commissions that are paid in full will be pushed ahead of the queue.
Refund Policy
The first 30% down payment is non refundable. Refunds will not be accepted once the commission has been completed. Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and cannot be promised. The amount of progress made on the commission will determine the amount refunded. If payments cease and contact cannot be established, your commission will be terminated, a refund will not be issued of any kind and you are no longer entitled to the commissioned suit or materials.
Age Requirment
All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments. If under 18, a parent or guardian must make the initial payment, along with any additional payments if a payment plan is requested or changes are made. If any additional fees are added for additional parts or changes to a commission, a parent or guardian must be contactable, preferably through email, to confirm they are willing to cover these charges. The commissioner may be requested to provide valid ID demonstrating their age. Commissioners must be at least 16 years of age to commission or purchase a suit with the consent of a parent or guardian. If the age written in the commission form is not correspondent to the client's actual age, Wolf Willows Creations reserves the right to cancel the commission WITHOUT REFUND and blacklist the client.
Shipping
Wolf Willows Creations is based in Seattle, Washington. Shipping is NOT included in the price for any suit work. This includes commissions, refurbishments and repairs. My default method of shipping is through USPS, but alternative services may be requested. All packages are shipped with adequate insurance and protection, and a tracking number will be provided. Shipping price will be calculated upon the completion of a commission. A commission will not be sent until shipping rates are paid for. Wolf Willows Creations is not responsible for any lost items or damages that occur during the shipping process.

International shipping:

At this time I do accept international shipping. All additional costs must be covered by the commissioner before the suit is sent. Once a package leaves the United States, I am no longer responsible for additional fees or the loss and damage of items.
Allergy Info
Wolf Willows Creations owns multiple pets including cats and dogs who may come in contact with suit work. If you have a pet allergy please do not commission unless you are sure it is safe.
Additional Information
It is the responsibility of the commissioner to pay close attention to progress shots to ensure you get what you want. If you need something changed, it is required that you mention as such. If it could have been changed at an earlier stage shown in the progress pictures sent to you and you did not mention your disliking of any aspect and voice it later when the commission is further along and harder to fix, it will take more time and labor. This may result in additional fees determined by me

If you are not happy with an aspect of your commission, please let me know! I realize that this is a large investment for most, and you deserve to get what you paid for. Any changes that are requested at a reasonable stage of making will be seen to for no additional charge.

Please note that Wolf Willows Creations does not make suits based off of other fursuit maker’s styles. Additionally, Wolf Willows Creations refuses to make copyrighted characters as it is illegal.

Wolf Willows Creations has the right to take and use photos of any costume I have made. This includes posting photos to a website or various social media platforms. WIP photos will be sent out regularly. If you have not had any contact from myself for at least 2 weeks without any prior notice, feel free to ask for updates.
​
Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email, is a binding contract. By continuing with the commission, you agree upon all the terms of service.
